Een veel verkocht product bij Echte Bakker Frentz is de appelkanjer. Dat is te begrijpen, want het is een heerlijk krokante lekkernij. Gemaakt van bladerdeeg met een frisse vulling van appel en abrikozen stukjes. Daar bovenop een victoria beslag (amandelschaafsel met suiker en eiwit) en poedersuiker.

Appelkanjers zijn heerlijk bij de koffie, maar wist u dat u het ook als toetje kunt gebruiken? Hiermee kunt u uw gasten echt verwennen.

Recept Appelkanjers voor 4 personen:

  • 4 appelkanjers van Echte Bakker Frentz
  • Vanille-ijs
  • Vanille-saus
  • Chocoladekrullen

Bereiden:

  1. Verwarm de oven voor op 160 graden.
  2. Laat 5 minuten de appelkanjers opwarmen in de oven.
  3. Haal de appelkanjers uit de oven en snijd ze door de helft.
  4. Leg op elk schoteltje 2 halve appelkanjers.
  5. Plaats op elk schoteltje een bolletje vanille-ijs.
  6. Decoreer met vanillesaus en wat chocoladekrullen (die maak je bijvoorbeeld door met een kaasschaaf over de zijkant van een reep chocolade te gaan).
